CLC work with us

Do you want to help adults achieve their educational or language learning goals? We offer part-time and full-time employment opportunities. The Cambridge Community Learning Center is a collaborative work environment where employees are encouraged to share their interests, skills, and ideas with their colleagues.

We pride ourselves on providing quality teaching and advising to adult learners, and we stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in the science of adult learning and practices for teaching and advising.

Volunteer with Us!

CLC volunteer

Do you want to help CLC students reach their education or career goals? Would you like to connect with new community members? Volunteer with us as a Class Aide or Tutor!

Volunteer Class Aides and Tutors support students in our high school equivalency and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) programs. All that is required is that you attend a volunteer training and are able to commit to tutoring or assisting in the classroom consistently. 

Fill out our Volunteer Interest Form and a CLC staff member will reach out to you!

The Friends of the Community Learning Center (CLC) is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The Friends of the CLC raises private funds and public awareness to support  the work of the CLC and its students. 

The Friends of the CLC seek to empower adult learners as they transform their lives, families, and careers through education.
