Coordinated through the Department of Human Service Programs’ Office of Workforce Development, Cambridge Works prepares participants to enter the workforce through a 3-month, paid temporary job placement, one-on-one case management, professional development classes, and job development.

We are working with Mass Hire and the African Bridge Network to provide Orientation Workshops for Foreign-Trained Professionals where recent skilled immigrants and refugees can connect with experts, peers, and career resources. These workshops will be hosted throughout the calendar year in Cambridge, Greater Boston, Worcester, Roxbury, Woburn, and North Shore.
